During his 23-year career with CBRE, Bob Healey has consistently been a top producer in the South Bay office averaging over 30 sale and lease transactions per year.
Bob is a Senior Vice President representing various institutional and private investors, property owners, as well as high-caliber office users/tenants. The key to Bob’s success has been his constant dedication to provide his clients with the highest level of service. He uses a simple approach of asking questions, listening and creating solutions to enhance value, minimize risk and reduce costs for his clients.
After excelling in the CBRE sales training program in the beginning of his career, Bob earned the highest first year income in 1992 and was awarded “Rookie of the Year”. Since then, he has continued to thrive by exceeding client expectations and has received several promotions and honors throughout his career.
Bob now serves on the CBRE Los Angeles Advisory Committee, and has been recognized at the Southern California Recognition Conference in the last several years. Specializing in the representation of low-to-mid-rise office building landlord and tenants, Bob has been a member of the Century Club for the last 20 years.
Prior to joining CBRE in 1988, Bob graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business Administration with an emphasis in The Entrepreneur Program with Honors: Men of Troy Recognition. He was also an athlete for Division 1 Track and Field at USC. Achievements
