Zachary Card is in the retail services division of CBRE’s Greater Los Angeles Retail Hub, located in El Segundo, CA (previously located in Beverly Hills). He currently works with one of the top regional retail teams in Southern California, the team has been servicing national retailers and institutional landlords in the acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of commercial property in Los Angeles’ prestigious Westside and Southern California area for over 30 years. Zac provides service for local, regional and national retailers in securing locations, utilizing a strategic store placement strategy and tenant advocacy negotiations. Other areas of focus include:

MAJOR TENANTS REQUIRING URBAN INFILL
Zac is the Westside representative for CB’s Retailer Services Group. The roster of tenants Zac has assisted includes a vast array of regional and national retailers that have successfully penetrated the challenging Westside market and other southern California markets utilizing his strategic store placement strategy and tenant advocacy negotiations. In addition to his current retailer assignments, Zac has represented the following regional & national retailers:
American Express, Citi Financial, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Ben & Jerry’s, Noah’s Bagels, Office Depot, Reebok, Rite Aid, Sprint, Seven Eleven, Tacone Flavor Grill, The Counter, Family Christian Stores, and Wolfgang Puck Bistro among others.
CAREER SUMMARY
To date, Zac and his Retail Services Team have successfully completed over 950 transactions with a total consideration in excess of $1.2 billion. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Zac was a consistent top producing high end retail sales manager, for over 8 years, in Los Angeles’ prestigious Westside. The combination of retail sales experience and being a fourth generation Los Angeles native gives Zac a unique understanding of the retail market throughout Southern California.
