Tyson Vallenari joined CB Richard Ellis in 2004 and specializes in sales and leasing of large industrial buildings in Northern California and across the county. A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, Tyson focuses his business on large, multi-market transactions and growing the team’s Tenant Representation business. Since 2005 Tyson has completed over twelve million square feet in transactions for total considerations of over five hundred and fifty million dollars.

Mr. Vallenari takes a holistic approach to the business by analyzing a host of ancillary factors in each real estate transaction, including transportation, labor, taxes, incentives, utilities, and technology. He believes in leveraging his existing relationships with those of the CB Richard Ellis platform of services to provide the best possible service to his clients.
