Mr. Preston has served clients in Ventura County for 24 years, specializing in technology and industrial properties. He has assisted clients with facility acquisitions, build-to-suits and land use development. With a strong background in Product Marketing (Brand/Product Management and Sales), he has a working knowledge of research and development, manufacturing, finance and distribution functions of business development.
