Michael Blahosky is a First Vice President with CB Richard Ellis Hotels and the Team Leader for the Southern California Hotel Investment Practice. Michael is widely known as a multi-market deal maker on a national level. He has represented owners and investors in well over 150 transactions exceeding $1.5 billion in value.
Prior to his current position, Michael was the Midwest Regional Director for CBRE Hotels and the Grubb & Ellis Hospitality Services Group for nearly nine years before returning to the west coast where he began his career in hotel investments over 25 years ago.
Michael is a licensed broker in California and Michigan and is a member of the California Hotel & Lodging Association and the Lodging Industry Investment Council. Achievements
