Professional Experience

Corey Baggett has been a member of Ventura County’s premiere industrial brokerage team of Paul Farry, Doug Shaw, and Jim Meaney since 2007.  He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with two Bachelor of Science degrees and as Vice President of the University’s Investment Team, performed four years of extensive study and research on investment opportunity and strategy (responsible for managing over $380,000 at the age of 19).  In addition to his experience with financial investments, Corey has devoted several years to the study and practice of industrial real estate brokerage, and the incorporation of new technology into commercial real estate.  He is aggressively involved with some of Ventura County’s largest industrial developments and has successfully completed over 270 lease and sale transactions totaling more than 3.6 million square feet, with a total consideration of over $147.4 million.

With combined experience in brokerage, technology, and financial investments, Corey is able to provide his clients a unique advantage with cutting-edge techniques and innovation. By focusing on enhancing value, managing risk, and reducing cost, he has become an expert in helping his clients meet their unique requirements.
