As an integral member of the Ventura County team of Industrial Specialists, Indira Rodriguez is widely recognized as one of Ventura’s most experienced and respected commercial real estate marketing specialists.  With over 25 years of industry experience, Indira has an in-depth understanding of the industrial property marketplace and the skills necessary to successfully serve every client and complete every transaction.  Indira holds an active California Real Estate Sales License, allowing her to show properties, negotiate leases and discuss market information with clients.

Indira began her CB Richard Ellis career in a support capacity.  Prior to joining the Ventura County team of Industrial Specialists in 1999, she performed the duties of administrative assistant, listing and transaction coordinator and senior information services.
