Ron Urgitus started his career with CB Richard Ellis in 1989 and was awarded the "Regional Rookie" of the year honors in 1990. He is an Executive Vice President and has sold over $6 billion in commercial real estate representing clients such as Regency Centers, Westwood Financial, TIAA-CREF, Met Life, Panattoni, LaSalle, and Invesco. He has sold over 4.5 million square feet of retail investment properties and has sold properties in more than 15 markets nationwide.

Ron has consistently been ranked nationally among CB Richard Ellis’ top ranked investment professionals and in 2006 was a member of the prestigious "Colbert Coldwell Circle" Top 100 Brokers for CBRE worldwide. He also ranked in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007 in the Top 200 Brokers worldwide for CBRE. He has been awarded the NAIOP Investment Broker of the year honors in 2003 and 2007. Mr. Urgitus is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and is an active member of ICSC.
