After emerging as one of the top industrial producers at Cushman and Wakefield, he was recruited by and joined the market leading industrial team at CB Richard Ellis in December 2005. Since joining CB Richard Ellis, Jeremy has completed in excess of 150 transactions for a total consideration of over $75,000,000.  Jeremy and his team have been ranked #1 consistently according to the Denver Business Journal’s Quarterly Industrial brokerage rankings.
