Jeff Dunne has over 24 years experience in the real estate investment banking business as an advisor and transactional agent for office, retail, apartments, industrial and new development projects. He is Team Leader for a 15-person team that focuses on investment sales in Metropolitan New York and second-tier cities in the eastern half of the United States. The team closed in excess of $7.8 billion in 121 investment transactions since 2005. His team was CBRE’s highest producing team worldwide in 2004, while Jeff personally was the #1 highest producer worldwide among all CB Richard Ellis brokers. During his career, Mr. Dunne has closed transactions valued at over $15 billion. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Dunne headed a $125 million business unit for Procter & Gamble.
