Tom Pajolek has been with CB Richard Ellis since 1987. As one of the most accomplished professionals in the firm's Stamford, CT office, and has been named to the Colbert Coldwell Circle, an honor awarded to the top producing performers both nationally and internationally.

Mr. Pajolek has represented many corporate clients in the acquisition and disposition of office space. During his years with CB Richard Ellis, he has leased over 10 million SF of office space throughout his primary market, Fairfield County.

Mr. Pajolek is very active in community service. He recently served as Chairman of Earthplace, The Nature Discovery Center, in Westport, CT. In addition, he is also involved with the March of Dimes and the Norwalk Human Services Council.

Mr. Pajolek resides in Westport with his wife and two sons.
