Nathan K. Rogers joined CB Richard Ellis, Inc. as an Information Services Coordinator in January 1997. In 1998, he was promoted to a Sales Associate position concentrating on land and industrial property brokerage services through North Florida and Southern Georgia. In 2007, he was promoted to First Vice President. He works on site selection for industrial development in and around the ports of Jacksonville, Florida and Savannah, Georgia. His tenant representation and landlord representation focus on how real estate functions within the supply chain. He has an understanding of how ports, rails and truck transportation affects both sites and facilities in this supply chain.
