James Agner became Managing Director of the Valuation and Advisory Services Department in the Miami Office in 1995.  Mr. Agner, has over twenty six years of Real Estate Appraisal and Consulting experience throughout the State of Florida (Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties), West Coast (Naples and Fort Myers) and in the Caribbean.  Mr. Agner is a designated member (MAI) of the Appraisal Institute, a member (SGA) of the Society of Golf Appraisers and is license as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Florida.  He also has provided expert witness testimony in the Circuit Courts – State of Florida and United States Bankruptcy Courts.

As Managing Director for Florida, Mr. Agner leads a valuation and advisory staff in Miami and Palm Beach that provides exceptional quality appraisal work and customer service in a timely manner.  He coordinates all activities for South Florida and in the Caribbean, including overseeing new business development, client relations and appraisal report production.

Mr. Agner is also the National Director of the Net Lease Valuation Group  and Golf Valuation Group for Valuation and Advisory Services.  The Net Lease Investment Group is comprised of a specialty core of highly qualified professionals in various CB Richard Ellis regional and satellite offices.  Our professionals have extensive experience in the valuation of NNN and Sale/lease Back, net lease related properties.  The Golf Valuation Group is also comprised of a specialty core of professionals with experience in the valuation of golf courses.  As the Single Point of Contact (SPC), clients enjoy the central source of assignment coordination, product consistency and dependable valuations in a timely manner.
