Sim A. Wilson III is a Partner and First Vice President of the Brokerage Services division for CB Richard Ellis in Miami. Sim has accumulated extensive experience over his 19-year real estate career in the Florida and Southern California commercial real estate markets.  Sim has been with CBRE since 1994 and was formerly the Managing Director of CBRE’s Asset Services division for the State of Florida overseeing a staff of 250 people and 25 million sf of institutional grade properties. Throughout his career, Sim has participated in the leasing, leasing supervision, account management, sale and value advisory of more than150 institutional grade properties, including more than 30 million square feet for asset valued at more than $1 Billion. Sim’s real estate experience includes suburban and high-rise office property leasing, tenant representation, portfolio investment sales, single asset investment sales, court appointed receiverships and asset account management.

Achievements

  • In 2002, Sim was recognized by CBRE for the Largest Deal in a Single Market.
  • In 2004 and 2005, Sim was recognized by the South Florida Business Journal with a “Heavy Hitter” award.
  • In 2004, Sim negotiated the largest single office transaction in South Florida of $208,200,000. A nineteen (19) building, 1.9 million square foot portfolio.
