David Murphy is a recognized market leader in corporate representation and industrial investment sales. Mr. Murphy completed his first real estate transaction as an 18 year-old college freshman selling properties between class work and hockey practice at Penn State. During his 20-year real estate career, he has won countless awards and is recognized as an expert in industrial real estate who is routinely quoted in national industrial publications. Mr. Murphy combines his unrelenting advocacy on behalf of his clients with strong technical real estate skills. He has an extensive background and is a Florida Certified General Appraiser as well as a member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI). Achievements As a result of his remarkable ability to successfully complete transactions, Mr. Murphy was named 2008 NAIOP of Central Florida “Broker of the Year”. This is the sixth consecutive year that he has been recognized as the top Industrial Broker in Central Florida. In 2008, Real Estate Florida magazine named Mr. Murphy one of the Top 25 Commercial Brokers in Florida. Murphy has been recognized as one of the Top 200 agents nationally for CBRE.
Mr. Murphy has received recognition as one of the top rising business stars in Orlando by the Orlando Business Journal based upon his business accomplishments and his contributions to the community. Additionally, the Orlando Business Journal has named Mr. Murphy one of its “Top 40 under Forty” for 2006.
