Mr. Hoover has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1982 when he joined the Columbus, Ohio office of Coldwell Banker. Mr. Hoover has been involved in all phases of industrial real estate, including site selection/development services, acreage sales, building sales, leasing and, investment opportunities.
In his 26 years with CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Hoover has successfully brokered over 20 million square feet of industrial properties, and has sold over 1,000 acres for the development of over 15 million square feet of industrial facilities in Central Florida.
