William Calary has provided real estate services to clients for more than 20 years at CBRE.  As a surplus property specialist, Mr. Calary leads CBRE’s Automotive Properties Group (APG) in the state of Florida specializing in the real estate needs and services of the automotive industry as well as disposition and leasing of surplus big box retail properties.  His expertise is solving the acquisition, expansion, leasing, relocation, and disposition challenges of auto dealerships through the APG service platform, utilizing the APG broker network focused on superior market penetration and local, on-the-ground expertise for automotive-related real estate. 

Mr. Calary’s extensive background includes buyer/seller representation, land acquisition/disposition, tenant representation and investment property sales.  Mr. Calary is able to market surplus properties for their highest and best use, either to the automotive community, or for other uses via adaptive re-use or redevelopment.
