Porter leads CBRE Infrastructure’s expansion into energy, natural resource and logistics infrastructure in North America, South America, Southern Africa and Southeast Asia. His team exhibits a strong track record of success with major projects. Infrastructure development will require $41 trillion in capital through 2025, and Porter will play a major role in leading the industry. Porter’s expertise includes M&A, development, capital markets and operations.

Current assignments include the development of clean coal power plants, coal to gas plants, hydro dams, oil/gas infrastructure, railway/port infrastructure, mining acquisitions/infrastructure and capital markets M&A projects.
