Exclusively involved in commercial real estate in Hawaii for over eighteen years. Mr. Gomes founded the Hotel and Resort Division in Honolulu for CB Richard Ellis. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Gomes specialised in owner representation in the sales and leasing of large commercial real estate assets.

 He is experienced in working with developers from the design through construction phases and also has acted on behalf of landowners to rezone and obtain entitlements on parcels of land. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, he worked in the hotel and leisure business and owned and operated his own commercial real estate company for eight years.
