Heath began his career in commercial real estate in 1998; shortly after, he joined CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial. During that time, Heath has worked in all disciplines of commercial real estate on many different projects. He has emerged as one of Central Iowa’s leading office brokers. Heath’s hands-on experience includes marketing downtown and suburban office, retail centers and land developments, as well as the sale of investment product.

Heath continually strives to increase his knowledge base in all areas of the commercial real estate market through professional designations and education in order to provide his clients with the most current information and research. This knowledge allows him to offer the best possible solutions and deliver the results his clients expect and deserve.

Heath has been recognized by the Downtown Community Alliance for his commitment to the downtown market for the past three years. During 2003, 2004 and 2005, Heath has been one of the top producers in regards to product sold and leased in the Central Business District.
