Korey Birkenholtz joined CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial as a Marketing Specialist in 2006 and recently made the transition to Sales Associate in 2008. His strong work ethic, market knowledge and attention to detail allow him to provide a high level of service to his clients.
“I enjoy working closely with my clients to help them to achieve their real estate goals, and feel that the process should be fun and rewarding. I always want to ensure they possess the tools necessary to exceed their goals and expectations,” says Korey. “I am here to provide an important service to tenants, landlords and real estate investors and I take pride in my attention to detail.”
Korey’s market knowledge and real estate experience coupled with his education provide him with the necessary skills to help his clients with any of their commercial real estate needs. Prior to attaining his real estate license, Korey worked closely with the brokers at CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial for two years, enabling him to learn about all sectors of the local commercial real estate market.
Korey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from Simpson College. He is licensed to practice real estate in Iowa.
