Rick Krause brings over twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate arena as an investor, owner and commercial broker to his clients and customers. He is well-versed in multi-family housing as well as other income producing properties. Rick has successfully executed multiple tax deferred exchanges and understands the tax implications associated with these exchanges. He also has a keen understanding of the complex issues associated with property taxes within the State of Iowa.

Because of Rick’s unique marketing system and knowledge he continues to be recognized as a top producer. He has sold over 800 multi housing units in the last 24 months and over the past four years has sold a minimum of $14,000,000 annually in commercial real estate. These results stem directly from placing his client’s interest above all others and providing his clients with current market information and research, allowing them to make the most informed decisions possible.

In January 2003, Rick started the Central Iowa Income Property Newsletter. It includes Rick’s years of insight into income property investing and selling as well as current industry trends and issues. This newsletter is distributed to approximately 1200 income property owners within central Iowa. Rick is a member of the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association and is currently president of Metro Business Associates. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Drake University.
