JR, along with Kevin Sullivan, has been appointed by Hubbell Realty Company to represent their flex industrial portfolio of properties. This portfolio consists of a diversified mix of single story flex/office space, high cube and industrial warehouse space for lease and sale amounting to just under one and half million square feet.
Additionally, the Hubbell Portfolio of listed industrial properties includes land able to ccommodate most light industrial uses. Totaling just under five million square feet, the industrial land for sale and built-to-suit sites are situated in professional business parks throughout the greater Des Moines area.
