Today, Kevin delivers superlative real estate service by concentrating on the Hubbell Realty Company portfolio of listed industrial properties.  The Hubbell Portfolio of listed properties is a diversified mix of flex office space, high cube warehouse and industrial warehouse space for lease, amounting to just under one and quarter million square feet. 

The Hubbell Portfolio of listed industrial properties also includes land for sale and build-to-suit sites able to accommodate most light industrial uses.  Totaling just under five million square feet, the industrial properties are situated in two business parks throughout the greater Des Moines area.

Kevin has experienced working with a broad range of industrial clients and properties including numerous office warehouse facilities.  Kevin’s diligence and dedication to his clients has earned him several  Top Producer Awards.
