With over 25 years experience in the real estate industry, Paul Weeks has consistently proven himself a leader within the commercial real estate brokerage profession. Weeks, who was an associate with CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial from 1985 – 2001, returned in 2005 as Vice President/Broker Associate after having spent four years at a commercial brokerage firm that he co-founded. During his sixteen-year tenure at CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial, he was recognized six times as Top Producing Broker of the Year.
Specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial office buildings, he has earned a reputation for integrity and performance having provided brokerage services to a long list of both public and private organizations in Iowa.
Paul Weeks is a graduate of the University of Alabama and past President of the Iowa Commercial/Land Board of REALTORS.
