Brett Kroner demonstrates an integrated approach to industrial acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Kroner understands his client's real estate decisions in the context of the client's overall strategic objectives and seeks to understand how real estate impacts each client's productivity and profitability. To suffice the client's real estate requirements, he provides appropriate services including strategic planning, transaction management, development and design/build advisory, financial and tax engineering, asset valuation, project management, and land development.
Brett Kroner is a Senior Vice President of CB Richard Ellis' Industrial Properties group located in Bannockburn, Illinois. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Kroner was a Director with Cushman & Wakefield serving as an industrial broker in the Chicago metropolitan area from 1997 - 2002. From 1995 - 1996 Mr. Kroner was employed by CB Commercial of Denver, Inc., working as part of an Industrial redevelopment team for Stapleton Airport. Achievements
