Ms. Polczynski serves as a key member of CBRE's Urban Retail Advisory Group. In this capacity she focuses on investment sales, asset repositioning and development analysis and pre-development services. Ms. Polczynski has extensive knowledge of urban retail corridors throughout metro Chicago as she has completed the sale of retail strip centers, mixed-use buildings and land sold for retail and/or mixed-use development.
Prior to joining the Urban Retail Advisory Group, Ms. Polczynski was a member of the Chicago Shopping Center Investment Team. Focusing solely on the disposition of retail properties serving both institutional and private clients, she has sold over 4.2 million square feet of properties valued in excess of $325 million. She has handled the disposition of retail properties in nine states, including Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, Missouri, Kansas, Minnesota and North Carolina.
