As Vice-President of CB Richard Ellis Hotels, Brian Silberman provides a broad scope of services including asset acquisition and disposition, valuation, consultancy and advisory services. Based in the Chicago Downtown office, the hotel industry veteran has worked on projects ranging from $1 million to over $100 million.
Mr. Silberman’s 20 years in the hotel industry enables him to offer effective consulting and advisory services concerning the valuation and financing for the acquisition and disposition of hotels, resorts, gaming, golf and leisure properties. His prior experience with various hotel brands and chains brings the competitive edge to CBRE Hotels.
Prior to joining CBRE in early 2006, Mr. Silberman served as Vice-President of Business Development for both Cendant Corporation and Bass Worldwide. During his tenure he was responsible for franchise sales in major markets across the country.
