Mr. Good joined the Chicago office of CB Richard Ellis in 1978. During 1979 to 1980, Mr. Good relocated to Houston and spent 16 months in the Appraisal, Property Management, Mortgage Banking and Investment Marketing Departments. In 1981, he rejoined the company's Downtown Chicago office as a producer in the retail and investment specialties. In 1986 he was named Assistant Vice President and Sales Manager of the Downtown Chicago office. In April of 1988 Mr. Good was promoted to Vice President in the Corporate Services Group where he assisted numerous retailers in multi-market acquisition and disposition programs. In May 1990, he rejoined the Investment Properties Group focusing exclusively on shopping center investments. Since that time, he has completed the sale of more than 400 shopping centers containing over 78 million square feet and valued at over $6.4 billion. He is a member of the Investment Properties' Institutional Group and the National Retail Investment Group. Achievements
