Robert H. Brennan has been an investment advisor with CB Richard Ellis since 1987. Mr. Brennan has over 22 years experience in commercial real estate specializing exclusively in the placement of single-tenant net leased office and industrial properties as well as sale-leaseback equity investment offerings throughout North America. In 2001, he co-founded CB Richard Ellis' National Net Leased Properties Group.
Mr. Brennan has completed investment transactions totaling over $2 billion in gross consideration during his career. In 2003, Mr. Brennan was promoted to Senior Vice President, one of the highest producer titles in the firm.
Prior to CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Brennan was employed by Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (nka "KPMG"), an international public accounting firm.
