Gary Woodworth joined the CB Richard Ellis Indianapolis Investment Properties Group in 1999. He has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate development, operations, finance, and brokerage. His extensive local market knowledge and property management expertise enable him to quickly analyze and understand a commercial real estate investment in order to determine the best strategy to meet an owner's objectives.
Gary is a member of the CB Richard Ellis Private Client Group and was recently selected to serve on the group's advisory board. With a specific focus on Healthcare related real estate, he is also a member of the CB Richard Ellis National Healthcare Capital Markets Group and also serves on the advisory board for this group as well.
While at CB Richard Ellis, he has been instrumental in the sale of more than 125 transactions totaling over 25 million square feet of commercial investment properties with a total value of over $2 Billion. Property types represented have included industrial, retail, office, single tenant net lease, medical and specialty laboratory.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Gary was a Senior Property Manager with Duke Realty Corporation, responsible for the management of its Indianapolis industrial portfolio, totaling over 20 million square feet. He has extensive retail experience, having held the position of General Manager of the Fashion Mall at Keystone at the Crossing. He managed this upscale project through two major expansions and a complete renovation and was responsible for all operations and marketing. Achievements
