Steve LaMotte, Jr. is a Senior Vice President in the Indianapolis-Cincinnati Multi-Housing Group and a member of the CBRE Major Accounts Group (MAG), a group of 40 national market leaders. He has been involved in the sale of nearly $1.3 Billion of multi-housing product. He began his career with CBRE in 1994 and has focused exclusively on the sale of multi-housing property throughout the central Midwest. Mr. LaMotte earned the title of Senior Vice President in 2007 and was the top producer in CBRE’s Indianapolis office. Mr. LaMotte earned the CCIM designation in 1997. He has served on the board of directors for the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors and is a regular speaker with the Indiana Apartment Association, Louisville Apartment Association and IREM. Mr. LaMotte’s clients include AIMCO, Buckingham, Flaherty & Collins, INVESCO, J.C. Hart, Kensington Realty Advisors, Pedcor and Trinitas Ventures.
