Rick Trimpe is an 11 year veteran of the commercial real estate industry specializing in tenant and landlord representation. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis in the fall of 2006, Rick was vice president of the Indiana Office Group at Duke Realty Corporation where he was responsible for the leasing of Duke's nearly 5,000,000 square foot office portfolio. During his real estate career, Rick has negotiated over 350 transactions totaling nearly $250,000,000 in consideration.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Rick was an independent property and casualty insurance agent specializing in risk management for the real estate industry. Rick spent 18 years working with developers and real estate agents to provide risk management services for nearly 10,000,000 square feet of office, retail, apartment, and industrial real estate. During his insurance career, Rick was recognized as the Indiana Agent of the Year, and the Greater Indianapolis Agent of the Year by the Independent Insurance Association of Indiana. With over 26 years of business experience in the community, Rick is dedicated to bringing the best service possible to his clients.
Rick has continued industry service during his real estate career serving on the Conference and Legislative Committees of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors.
