Brad Toothaker, CPM, became part of the CB Richard Ellis | Bradley team during Real Estate Management Corporation’s acquisition of The Holladay Corporation’s brokerage services group in 1997. As President and CEO of the South Bend affiliate office of CB Richard Ellis, he provides his clients with valuable awareness of market trends and new opportunities in commercial real estate. Brad is the lead broker on the South Bend Investment Services, and has gained an insightful and broad based view of commercial real estate dynamics and an overall picture of the services clients need.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis | Bradley, Brad worked for Trammel Crow Company, Southern California Inc., in the property services division. He then served as marketing and sales manager, and director of product distribution logistics for an import and export wholesale company, which served the entire Asia Pacific region.
