Regina Emberton, CCIM, SIOR joined CBRE|Bradley in 1999. She serves clients in Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan, particularly those who have a continual need for real estate services, including consulting, property assemblages for development, property acquisitions and dispositions, as well as office and investment brokerage services. Additionally, she focuses on investment properties and community and economic development initiatives. Prior to her role with CBRE|Bradley, Regina was involved with market research, corporate services and economic development agencies in South Bend and Mishawaka. In addition to her sales role, Regina is a member of the company’s management team.

Regina is active in industry, civic and community affairs. She is a member of CREW Network, Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, Michigan Commercial Board of Realtors, and serves on the board of the Indiana CCIM chapter. Regina is a board member for the Boys & Girls Club of St. Joseph County and Downtown South Bend Inc, “Woman of Vision” with the YWCA, and volunteers for St. Joseph’s High School and the Montessori Center. She is also a member of the St. Joseph County Chamber of Commerce and the Cornerstone Chamber of Commerce.
