Regina Emberton, CCIM, joined CB Richard Ellis | Bradley in 1999. Prior to her current position as Vice President of Brokerage Services, Regina was involved with corporate services and economic development agencies in South Bend and Mishawaka.

As the Vice President of Brokerage Services, Regina is responsible for the management of the overall brokerage operations. She works directly with the market research, transaction and marketing departments. 

In addition to these responsibilities, she works with clients who have a continual need for real estate services, including consulting, property assemblages for development, property acquisitions and dispositions, as well as brokerage services and lease administration for regional and national portfolios. Additionally, she specializes in investment properties and community and economic development initiatives.
