| The Louisville Free Public Library contacted CB Richard Ellis|Louisville to consult and assist in finding new branch locations in Metro Louisville. The library, with 18 existing branches, had very specific criteria to meet when searching for new regional branch locations. The library requires four acres to accommodate a 40,000 square foot facility. CBRE|Louisville's Retail Properties Group reviewed the metro area with the library to determine which trade areas of Metro Louisville would most effectively increase the library's coverage. |

CBRE|Louisville's Retail Properties Group worked with the Louisville Free Public Library to find two locations in Southern Jefferson County. The two new library facilities promise to be exciting additions to the Louisville library system.
In the future, plans are to continue expansion in the eastern portion of Metro Louisville. We look forward to working with the library again to expand their presence and further improve our community. |
