Matthew Pullen specializes in the disposition of office, industrial and mixed-use investment properties in the Greater Boston metropolitan area as well as New England. Matt also coordinates a 12-member team responsible for more retail, office and industrial sales in the Greater Boston market than any other brokerage firm in the region. Collectively, the team has over 125 years of experience in commercial real estate including sales, leasing, financing and development.
Prior to joining the Capital Markets team at CBRE, Matt was Director of Research for CB Richard Ellis where he was responsible for tracking statistics for over 7,675 office, laboratory and industrial buildings comprising roughly 516 million square feet. As Director of Research, Matt was responsible for managing a team of five analysts covering markets throughout New England. He set the firm's statistical methodology, led the firm's in-depth analysis of real estate markets, and oversaw the delivery of the firm's leading research reports.
In addition to his real estate background with CBRE, Matt brings six years of sales and management experience in both the technology and manufacturing industries. Achievements
