Matthew Pullen specializes in the disposition of office, industrial and mixed-use investment properties in the greater Boston metropolitan area as well as New England. Matt also coordinates a fifteen-member team, responsible for over $3.8 billion in total transactions for 2007. Collectively, the team has over 120 years of experience in commercial real estate, including sales, leasing, financing and development. This expertise, combined with modern technological capabilities, provides streamlined and professional services for all team clients.
Prior to joining the Capital Markets team, Matt was Director of Research for CB Richard Ellis, where he was responsible for tracking statistics for over 7,675 office, laboratory and industrial buildings, comprising roughly 516 million square feet across Greater New England.
In addition to his real estate background with CBRE, Matt brings six years of sales and management experience in both the technology and manufacturing industries.
