Matthew Pullen is a Senior Vice President of CBRE's Investment Properties team in Boston and specializes in the disposition of office, industrial and mixed-use investment properties in the Greater Boston metropolitan area as well as New England. Mr. Pullen has handled the sale of over $2.5 billion worth of property and over 10 million square feet, including the largest downtown office sale in 2008.
Prior to joining the sales team, Mr. Pullen was Director of Research for CBRE/NE where he was responsible for tracking statistics for over 7,675 office, laboratory and industrial buildings comprising roughly 516 million square feet. As Director of Research, he set the firm's statistical methodology, led the firm's in-depth analysis of real estate markets, and oversaw the delivery of the firm's leading research reports. In addition to his real estate background with CBRE, Mr. Pullen brings six years of sales and management experience in both the technology and manufacturing industries. Achievements
