Michael has been with CB Richard Ellis for eleven years, working as an Industrial Specialist. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Lynch spent 11 years as an Office Leasing Broker with Cushman & Wakefield. He has completed a number of Tenant Representation transactions for companies such as Akzo Coating of America, Inc, Dana Commercial Credit of Canada, Dana Commercial Credit Corporate Headquarters, Independence Health Plan, Carlson Companies, Lear Corporation, Steelcase, Inc., Federal-Mogul, Arvin Meritor, ITT Industries, Penske Corporation, Alix Partners/Questor Funds, Collins and Aikman, and Hino Motors/Toyota.

Michael also participated in the following leasing transactions to include Stroh’s River Place, Frankel’s Somerset Place, King Centre, Signature Building, Ann Arbor’s Avis Farms Business Center, Ann Arbor’s Victor Center, Birmingham’s 460 North Woodward and 380 North Old Woodward Buildings. He represented Federal Mogul and Collins & Aikman in their headquarters renegotiations, saving approximately $98 million with ten year restructured leases while both were under Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Mr. Lynch is a partner of the Global Corporate Services Group, which provides services to corporations to develop and execute strategies integrating multi-market real estate services with their specific occupancy and real estate management objectives. Michael also provides exclusive representation for ArvinMeritor, Hayes Lemmerz, Federal-Mogul, Flint Ink Corporation, Collins and Aikman, Questor Management Co., LLC, Alix Partners, Oxford Automotive, and Brose North America to develop innovative, customized solutions that support the company’s objectives.
