Jim is a member of the Minnesota Private Client Group. His focus is on assisting private investors in maximizing real estate investment value. Jim's role within the Minnesota team is strategic project oversite.
Jim joined CB Richard Ellis in 1980. During his 26-year career, he has arranged in excess of 25 million square feet of transactions. These transactions include both surplus corporate property as well as investment sales. Jim was responsible for the creation and execution of disposition plans for numerous clients. Two of the clients were Honeywell and Best Buy. These two high profile corporations selected Jim and his team to sell nearly 3 million square feet of surplus corporate properties.
As a result of Jim's wide range of experiences, he brings creativity and unique strategic insight to projects small and large.
In 1991, Jim received the Bob Jackson Memorial Award. The award is given annually to the salesperson that most exemplifies Bob's passion for life, loyalty to people, and success in the business. Jim is also a four-time member of the Colbert Coldwell Circle. Achievements
