Neil Kolatkar is a member of the Global Corporate Services practice at CB Richard Ellis and focuses exclusively on industrial and office tenant representation. Neil utilizes his consultative approach to problem solving and his legal experience to help clients achieve their real estate objectives.
Before becoming a member of Global Corporate Services, Neil spent a year in the CB Richard Ellis research department. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Neil worked at the law firm of Barna, Guzy and Steffen and in the legal department at Regis Corporation. Neil's legal work focused primarily on business and real estate matters as well as corporate governance. Neil's experience has given him a broad understanding of the Minneapolis/St. Paul industrial and office market and he recognizes how real estate impacts the productivity and profitability of a business.
