David Hickman is a Senior Vice President of CBRE. He has been involved in a variety of retail assignments in the Kansas City area, as well as in Wichita, Nebraska, Topeka, Lawrence and the Columbia, Missouri trade area.  David joined CB Richard Ellis in the Spring of 1987.

During his tenure at CB Richard Ellis, David has served as team leader in completing some of the largest retail projects in Kansas City. He is consistently a top producer in the Kansas City office and is currently in the Top 20 nationally with CB Richard Ellis, Retail Specialty. He has been involved in over $600 million of retail transactions.  He has also assisted many top retailers with their store expansion programs throughout the Midwest, and with his extensive market knowledge, has delivered millions of dollars of savings to his clients’ bottom line.
