Mr. David Hickman joined CB Richard Ellis in the Spring of 1987. David has been involved in a variety of retail assignments in the Kansas City area, as well as in Wichita, Nebraska, Topeka, Lawrence and the Columbia, Missouri trade areas.

During his tenure at CB Richard Ellis, David has served as team leader in completing some of the largest retail projects in Kansas City. Mr. Hickman is consistently a top producer in the Kansas City office and is currently in the Top 20 nationally with CB Richard Ellis. He has been involved in over $80 Million of retail transactions.
