Mr. Adamson specializes in single asset and portfolio transactions throughout the central United States. An investment sales specialist for over ten years, Tom has focused his efforts exclusively in the hotel transaction field. Tom has over 25 years of hotel real estate and management experience.
Prior to entering the hotel marketing arena, he was involved for ten years in Colorado in hotel development and management. He had operational responsibility for hotels in Colorado, Wyoming and New Mexico. He also spent five years in Chicago in the same capacity, with operating responsibility for hotels in Illinois, Ohio and Indiana.
This extensive experience in hotel operations and development uniquely qualifies Tom to analyze hotel assets and advise his clients in valuation and disposition strategies.
