One Bank of America Plaza has experienced a renaissance, much like all of downtown Raleigh.  Under new ownership, by The Simpson Organization, One Bank of America Plaza has installed a new state-of-the-art conference center and a fitness facility for use by the tenants.  Also, completed in the 1st Quarter of 2007, the first floor lobby has undergone a complete renovation.
