Thomas Tucci is the newest member of the CB Richard Ellis New Jersey Industrial Practice. As one of the strongest and highly qualified industrial practices in the state, their tremendous breadth of knowledge and unsurpassed level of experience is unmatched. Thomas comes to the group with a well versed background in property development and management providing him with the unique ability to understand a client’s needs from both a user and investor/developer perspective.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Thomas worked as an analyst for Jones Lang LaSalle’s New York Metro Capital Markets Team. There he conducted market research and created marketing materials, while simultaneously spear-heading their New Jersey industrial research group.
As the latest addition to the Industrial Practice, Thomas works to build new relationships, enhance existing ones and help the group be a top force in New Jersey.
