Michael Parks is a member of the Global Gaming Group, a strategic business unit within CB Richard Ellis that focuses on serving the specific needs of the gaming community worldwide.  While working at CBRE, Mr. Parks has been involved in numerous gaming asset sales including the Sahara Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas Hilton, Flamingo Laughlin and Reno Hilton.  Michael has also been actively involved in representing both gaming and non-gaming companies in the acquisition and disposition of land parcels located in Las Vegas and throughout the United States.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Parks worked as an account executive for a commercial lending company. He was responsible for facilitating capital financing solutions for small to mid-size companies in well-developed industries and new technology companies around the nation.
