The new corporate office, a result of the merger between the former Trammell Crow Company’s office and CB Richard Ellis’ Reno office, is a full-service operation featuring brokerage services, asset management, and valuation and advisory services. The combined brokerage company positions CBRE as the largest and most diverse commercial brokerage company in northern Nevada with 13 active brokers specializing in industrial, office, retail, multi-family, and investment sale properties.
