Since 2001, our team has participated in purchase and sale of transactions ranging in size from 3 to 800 units representing approximately 6,300 units or $400 million dollars. Together Aiman and Len bring 21 combined years of experience with CBRE, 40 combined years of real estate experience, and have closed over $900 million in commercial real estate deals.
