Clyde Reetz is a Senior Vice President of CB Richard Ellis, the world’s largest full service commercial real estate firm.  Mr. Reetz has twenty-three years’ experience as a tenant representative.  The last fifteen years he has been with CB Richard Ellis working on local and national accounts in finance, media, publishing, law and non-profit organizations.
 
Over the past 20 years at CBRE, he has completed  over 8 million sq. ft. of deals, including the sale of 10 Bank Street, White Plains, NY for Morgan Stanley, 200,000 sq. ft. of leases for Premiere Radio Networks, 75,000 sq. ft. consolidation and relocation for MPG USA, a division of Havas Advertising; a 72,000 sq. ft. lease for New York Magazine; a 15,000 sq. ft. lease for both Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation and Helen Keller International.
 
Mr. Reetz continues to advise Private Equity companies such as Clayton Dubilier & Rice, SunCapital Partners and Onex Corp. on their own real estate requirements as well as the operating companies they purchase.
 
He has been a regular recipient of CBRE’s production and market information awards.
