Clyde Reetz is a Senior Vice President of CB Richard Ellis, the world’s largest full service commercial real estate firm.  In its New York City office, Mr. Reetz has represented numerous local and national companies offering his extensive experience with multi-market acquisitions and dispositions.

Over the past 20 years Mr. Reetz has led a variety of leasing, sales acquisitions and dispositions totaling over 8 million square feet.  He has represented numerous financial, entertainment, publishing and apparel firms and been awarded Market Leadership Awards with CBRE.

Recent achievements include the renewal and expansion of Premiere Radio Networks Los Angeles and New York offices for over 125,000 sq. ft.  SMF Medias consolidation a division of Havas Advertising in Manhattan for 72,000 sq. ft.  Legg Mason Inc. and Clayton Dubilier & Rice acquisitions in Manhattan for 20,000 sq. ft. each.
