Kevin Danehy is an Executive Vice President of CB Richard Ellis and is the Leader of Transaction Management in the Americas.  Prior to taking on this most recent position, he was Regional Executive Director of the company’s Global Corporate Service line of business in the New York Tri-State and Northeast regions.

Kevin’s professional experience includes commercial real estate transaction management, outsourcing, and strategic consulting.  He joined CB Richard Ellis in 1984 as an office leasing specialist and has consistently been recognized throughout the company and in New York City as a top leader and producer. 

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Kevin was a consultant and accountant with Arthur Young & Co., now Ernst & Young.  In 1990 and 1991, he was Director of Leasing for New York City based real estate developer, Value Properties.

Among numerous other awards and acknowledgements, Kevin is a four-time winner (1999, 2006, 2009, & 2010) of “CB Richard Ellis’ Gary J. Beban Teamwork Award”.  The “Beban” is bestowed annually and is CB Richard Ellis’ highest award recognizing the CBRE team or individual who has consistently demonstrated excellence in service and leadership, and the personal qualities of collaboration, integrity and responsibility.
