Kevin Danehy is an Executive Vice President of CB Richard Ellis, and Senior Managing Director of the company’s Global Corporate Services line of business in the New York Tri-State Region.

Kevin’s professional experience includes commercial real estate transaction management, outsourcing, and strategic planning.  He joined CB Richard Ellis in 1984 as an office leasing specialist and has consistently been recognized throughout the company and in New York City as a leader and top producer.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Kevin was a consultant and accountant with Arthur Young & Co., now Ernst & Young.  In 1990 and 1991, he was Director of Leasing for New York City based real estate developer, Value Properties.

Among numerous other awards and acknowledgements, Kevin is a two-time winner of CB Richard Ellis’ “Gary J. Beban Teamwork Award”.  The “Beban” is bestowed annually, and is CB Richard Ellis’ highest award recognizing the CBRE team or individual who has consistently demonstrated excellence in service and leadership, and the personal qualities of collaboration, integrity and responsibility.
