With over 20 years experience in commercial real estate, much of which was focused within the investment arena, Mr. Howard's sole focus is within the self storage industry. His analytical skills and knowledge of the industry serve his clients well in the capacity of both buyers representation, which has led to consultative assignments for some of the largest holders of self storage properties, and seller's representation, in which his marketing skills and creativity have been instrumental in the successful disposition of numerous self storage portfolios.
